- Do you offer a trial or demo?
- Yes. Every prospective customer gets a guided demo and a two-week trial with full platform access. We use the trial to set up your therapeutic categories and confirm the meetings you want covered.
- How is billing structured?
- Platform and Enterprise plans are billed annually by default. Quarterly billing is available on Enterprise.
- What integrations are available?
- Enterprise plans include API access and out-of-the-box integrations with Salesforce, Veeva, and Slack. Additional integrations (BI tools, data warehouses, custom CRM) are available on request.
- What counts as a 'user'?
- A user is any individual with a login. Platform plans include up to 5 named users. Enterprise plans include unlimited users with role-based access (admin, editor, viewer).
- Are contracts month-to-month?
- Platform plans default to a one-year agreement. Enterprise terms are negotiable based on scope. There are no hidden fees or per-meeting charges — pricing is flat.
