Product Engineer
Help us build the platform that monitors every Medicaid committee meeting across all 50 states, maintains the rosters and credentials of every committee member, and compares prior-authorization criteria side-by-side for our customers.
About the role
- Ship product end-to-end — from the ingestion pipelines that parse committee documents to the UI market access teams use every day.
- Own meaningful surface area as an early engineer. The first ten features you build will shape what the product becomes.
- Work directly with our two co-founders and our first customers — pharma and biotech market access teams across the country.
What you'll build
- Data pipelines that ingest, transcribe, and index every Medicaid committee meeting across 50 states.
- The structured data model behind PA criteria comparison — normalizing messy state PDLs into apples-to-apples comparisons.
- Customer-facing product: search, alerts, exports, dashboards. Make the workflow that used to take a full day take under an hour.
- Internal tools that help our analysts and the system collaborate to keep coverage accurate and fresh.
Who we're looking for
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience, or equivalent strong portfolio.
- Comfortable across the stack — backend services, data modeling, and modern React/TypeScript.
- Bias toward shipping. You enjoy owning a feature from rough idea to in-production with real users.
- Curious about healthcare, policy, or the messy real-world systems we are turning into clean data.
